It’s important that we’re all on the same page with regards to how we work. Here’s a 1000ft overview of our Website Delivery process.
We’ll have a discussion about what it is you’re trying to achieve and what we can do to help you reach those goals. Simply put, we’ll obtain a brief from you from which we’re able to move forward with the project quote and proposal.
We’ll come back to you with a proposal which will include a sitemap, estimated costs and timescales. This is your chance to alter the project, ask questions and gain real clarity and ownership of your website.
Initial Build and First Review
Once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll go away and build the site to first review. This is where we’re comfortable that the overall design and functionality of the website is ready to be looked at, though we’re aware that we may not be 100% of the way there.
This is your chance to review the site to make sure it’s in line with the project goals and brief taken initially.
Amends, Testing and signoff
We’ll implement any amends you come up with, as well as thoroughly testing the website and performing our industry leading Website Tune Up process where we tweak the website performance and dot the I’s and cross the T’s ready for public release.
Website Goes Live. So it begins.
Your website will go live, either on your hosting or our WordPress optimised hosting and the first phase of your website project is completed.
You’ll then enter your 30 days free support period before your new Website Care Plan kicks in.
Sleep soundly. Your website is in good hands.
Once your Website Care Plan kicks in, you can relax. All the technical stuff is taken care of for you and you have a support network should you need it. You can concentrate on running your business and using the beneficial parts of your website – rather than worrying about monotonous maintenance tasks. Easy right? We think so too……
